Welcome to Iris Laboratories. By using our service which connects with QuickBooks Online, you (“User”) agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
1. Description of Services
Iris Laboratories provides a secure web dashboard that allows users to view invoices and associated attachments from their QuickBooks Online account.
2. Authorization & Access
By using our service, you authorize Iris Laboratories to connect to your QuickBooks Online account, access invoices, attachments, and related data as permitted under QuickBooks API. You represent that you have the lawful rights to provide this authorization.
3. User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login and credentials.
- Do not share your access token or password with others.
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
4. Account Ownership
- Only you or an authorized person can use your account.
- Account sharing or unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. Limitations of Liability
- We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are not liable for damages resulting from downtime, data inconsistencies due to QuickBooks API changes, or other third-party issues.
- We exclude indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software of Iris Laboratories are our property (or our licensors’).
- You may not copy or distribute without our written permission.
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if required by law.
- Upon termination, your data access ceases; any retention or deletion of your data will follow our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
- These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, or Federal laws of Canada, depending on where you reside, or of the state you reside in the U.S.
- Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC (or another agreed-upon jurisdiction if you and we agree in writing).
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised terms with a new “Last updated” date. If major changes occur, we will attempt to notify you.
